I work from my phone and at one moment my internet will be high speed LTE and the next it will be unbearably slow. Most of the time never loading at all, with zero movement of the place of my phone. Almost 6 months into switching to their service and I am still experiencing waves of no data service. I would never recommend Straight Talk to anybody! Please don’t waste your money, especially if internet access is needed in your everyday life. Most people who switch to Straight Talk Wireless will want to keep their existing phones.
Had to $25 to return it even though they sent me a defective phone. I also had to purchase a new plan for both phones even though I had already paid for a plan on my existing phone that stopped working. I only get internet on wifi and rarely have service for calls or texts. Every time I contact customer service I get transferred to at least 3 or more people and get discounted multiple times when a rep says they're transferring me.

My life is crumbling because of crappy to nonexistent phone service and Straight Talk takes no responsibility. If you intend to ever leave Straight Talk for another service avoid this company. Straight Talk Wireless continued to charge me monthly for services that I was no longer receiving. Once I contacted them with all relevant account information and transaction numbers they denied I ever had service with them. In total they refused to cancel my account and have forced me to file a dispute and stop pay with my bank to end future payments.
